4 dwellings formed out of 6 cottages. Early C19. All under one roof line. Watershot masonry, stone slate roof. 6 bays. Quoins at junction of 3rd and 4th bay and to last bay. Each bay has chamfered mullioned window of 3 lights to each floor and doorways with tie-stones and simple chamfer. The ground floor windows to No. 12 have been mutilated. 3 stacks only remain to ridge. Remarkable example of vernacular survival (q.v. Nos. 20 and 22 to 36).
