Description
The gateway attached to the rear of Clough House Farmhouse dates from the mid-18th century. It features tall walls made of hammer-dressed stone with ashlar dressings. The gateway has a single segmental arch that is adorned with rusticated voussoirs, a triple keystone, and a moulded impost supported by monolithic jambs. The walls are topped with slab coping that ramps over the arch.
