GV II

House. Late C17 or early C18. Dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Double pile. South front has 2 bays of double chamfered mullioned windows either side of doorway with segmental arch and composite jambs. 6-light window with 8-light window over to 1st floor with king mullion (3 + 5); 4-light window with same over to 1st floor. Moulded band. Wing breaks forward to left with quoined angle and kneelers. Left hand return wall has 5-light double chamfered mullioned window with cavetto mullions and same over to 1st floor. Wide gable to main range has coping and kneelers and chamfered mullioned windows of 4 lights and 5 lights with 5-light window over to 1st floor. Rear has 3 bays of double chamfered mullioned windows. 4-light window with same over to 1st floor; doorway with rusticated surround and voussoirs with expressed keystone; 2 bays break forward each with 5-light windows to both floors. 2 gable stacks and one central stack.
