Description

The Pinfold, likely built in the early 19th century, is located to the northeast of the car park off Town Gate and now serves as a picnic site. It is enclosed by drystone walls made of coursed rubble, topped with shaped copings. The structure is rectangular in shape and features a single entrance at the southwest corner, which is framed by monolithic jambs and a lintel.
