Description

The Pinfold at the junction with Town Road is a structure from the 18th century or earlier. It features a circular dry stone wall that is approximately 8 metres in diameter, with only five courses visible above ground level. The top of the wall is made of semi-circular dressed stone, which is now set in cement. The entrance posts have been removed, and the entrance has been walled up.
