This is an early 18th-century house located on the north side of Rochdale Road, Elland. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone, with some areas rendered, and has a stone slate roof. The design is an 'L' shape, with a cat-slide roof extending over a rear aisle. One gable retains the remains of a chamfered window, though one mullion has been removed. The interior has not been inspected.
