Description

Nos. 11 and 13 Lumbutts Road are a pair of cottages from the early 19th century, now used as a single residence. They are built of watershot masonry with dressed quoins and feature a stone slate roof. The north front has two bays, each with a doorway that includes a sill tie and a flat faced mullioned window with four lights, along with a five-light stepped window above. There is a central stack at the ridge. To the left, there is a single-cell extension added around 1975, which includes a lateral stack and mullioned windows in the gable that match the original style.
