Description

This is a single-aisled barn located 5 metres to the south-west of Kettlesnout. It dates from the mid-17th century and has been altered in the late 19th century. The barn is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof, with quoins at the corners. The entry has been modified and is set within a portal of the aisle, which retains doorways with chamfered surrounds located in the re-entrant angle walls. Inside, there is a three-bay softwood queen-post roof. The barn is listed for its group value context.
