Description

This is a double aisled barn dating from the mid-17th century, located to the northeast of Lower Place Farmhouse. It is constructed from rendered stone and features a stone slate roof. The interior consists of three bays that retain their post and truss construction, complete with braces and wall ties. Most of the trusses have been altered from principal to king post trusses.
