Farmhouse and attached barn. C17 altered and extended late C18. Coursed rubble stone with ashlar dressings and stone slate roofs with ashlar coped gables with kneelers. Single ridge stack and single C20 stack. 2 storey. South front has 2 doorways in flush ashlar surrounds with plank doors, left door has 3-light mullion window attached. To right 2-light mullion window each light with a plain sash, beyond another doorway with flush ashlar surround and plank door. Above to left 4-light chamfered mullion window, now 2-light with sash windows. To left pair of sashes in flush ashlar surrounds. Beyond former 2-light chamfered mullion window altered with glazing bar window. Lower 2 storey addition to right has three 2-light flush mullion windows, the central one with plain sash and the outer ones blocked. Above 2 similar windows each with a plain sash. To left barn with 2 doorways and an inserted window. Rear front has projecting stone midstray with large cart entrance with timber lintel. To left the house has small 2-light mullion window, and a similar window now enlarged with later window inserted. Above another small mullion windows and beyond a small sash window.
