Description
Esholt and Airronians Sports Club, also known as Upper Mill Cottages, is a row of mill workers' cottages built around 1800. The cottages are two stories high and constructed from large sandstone "bricks" with flush quoins. They feature consoles beneath the gutter eaves cornice and have a stone slate roof topped with corniced chimneys. The arrangement includes one-window cottages on either side of a central two-window cottage. Each window has three lights, each with square mullions set in squared surrounds. The doorways are plain with squared jambs.
