Description
Cunliffe House is a late 18th century estate farmhouse located on Cunliffe Lane, Esholt. The house is constructed of sandstone, which appears like brick, with rusticated raised quoins. A plat band runs around the building. It has a moulded gutter cornice with consoles, and a stone slate roof punctuated by corniced chimneys and saddlestones. The front façade features two windows on each floor, each a tripartite, square-mullioned design within squared frames. A simple, squared jamb doorway provides entry. The rear displays flush quoins.
