Description

No 1 Cunliffe Lane is an early 19th-century, two-storey cottage located on the corner with Esholt Lane, adjacent to the rear of No 24 Esholt Lane. The cottage is constructed of sandstone that resembles brick and features a stone slate roof. It has one window on each floor, which consists of a two-light square mullioned squared frame. The plain doorway is set within the same stone surround. There is also a lean-to extension attached to the cottage.
