Description

The Vicarage is a square house built around 1840, designed in a plain villa style. It stands two storeys high and is constructed from tooled sandstone bricks. The roof is hipped, covered with slate, and has a low pitch with deep flat eaves and a fretted eaves board. Each front of the house features three windows, which are 19th-century sashes set in shallow reveals with thin lintels. In the center of each front, there are double doors with four panels. At the rear, there is a large round-headed stair-light that is marginal glazed.
