Description
St Leonard's Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating to the late 17th or early 18th century, altered around 1800. The front facade is rendered, while the sides and rear are constructed of large, irregularly coursed gritstone rubble. It has a steep gable and a stone slate roof with a long outshut pitch to the rear, and corniced end chimneys. A one-bay extension, dating from approximately 1800, is present. There are two square mullion windows on the front, and a plain doorway. Former chamfered mullion windows are visible on the sides and rear, and the rear side windows originally had chamfered mullions as well.
