Description

Nos 13 and 15 on Peckover Street are a pair of small houses built around 1830. They are two stories tall and constructed of painted sandstone with a stone slate roof and a moulded eaves cornice. The houses have a symmetrical design featuring a three-window front, with plate glass sashes set in shallow reveals. The doorways are located in the center and have architrave surrounds, with long console brackets supporting the cornice above. These doorways flank a round-headed passageway, which is detailed with ashlar voussoirs and a keystone. The buildings are included for their group value.
