Milestone. Probably early or mid C19 with recent inscriptions. Stone. Diagonally-set post with moulded top, built into wall. Inscription in sunken panels to front faces read:

TO TO HALIFAX BRADFORD 2¾ MILES 5 MILES

The original descriptions were probably defaced during the 1940-45 war.
