House, now office. c1825, with late C20 alterations. Ashlar with hipped slate roof and 4 brick ridge stacks. Plinth, first floor and sillbands, moulded eaves and blocking course. 2 storeys; 3 window range. Square plan. Three 12 pane sashes and below, central Doric portico with C20 door, flanked by single larger 12 pane sashes. Left return has a central round-headed stair window flanked by single 12 pane sashes. Central door, altered C20, flanked by single larger 12 pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected.
