Description
This is a milepost located approximately 35 metres east of the entrance to Todwick Grange, dating from the late 19th century. It is made of sandstone and features a cast-iron plaque. The round-headed pillar has a rectangular plaque with raised lettering that reads: "SHEFFIELD/10/WORKSOP/- ----", although the lower part of the plaque is buried beneath the pavement. Other mileposts along this route have survived but are now without their plaques.
