Description

The following building shall be added: SE 60 NW EDENTHORPE THORNE ROAD (south side) 1489-/1/10001 Milepost 30 metres north of Stonehaven II Milepost. Early C19. Cast iron. Triangular plan with chamfered faces that to the left says DONCASTER 4 MILES, that to the right says THORNE 6½ MILES, HATFIELD 3 MILES. The flat curved top says DONCASTER and THORNE ROAD, LONG SANDALL. Painted white with raised lettering in black paint.
