Description

The garden railings at the front of Number 29, which is the Song School of St Olave's School, date from the mid-19th century. They are made of iron and feature ashlar copings and piers. The end piers are square in shape, chamfered to form octagons with pyramid tops. The railings are adorned with cast fleur-de-lys finials, and the gate includes cast-iron gateposts. These railings are included for their group value as an integral part of Number 29.
