Description
No. 34 Clifton is a house built around 1830. It is constructed of brick in Flemish bond with painted stone dressings and has a slate roof.
The building has three storeys above cellars and features three bays. The facade includes a painted stone plinth, a first-floor sill band, and a cornice gutter with mutules. The windows are glazing bar sashes topped with rubbed brick flat arches. The plinth has a low opening for the cellar. The front door, located in the right-hand bay, is set back in an opening with a flat rubbed brick arch and rendered reveals. This door consists of six raised and fielded panels, and the overlight above it is divided into three panes. A chimney is positioned on the right side of the building.
The interior has not been inspected.
