Description

The coach house immediately east of Murton Hall dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick in random bond and has a pantile roof, with the gable end facing the street. The building is two stories high and features one window on the first floor. An elliptical arch holds double board doors, which are flanked by more recent flat buttresses. Above the doors, there is a circular pitching eye. The gable ends show tumbling-in. This structure is included for its group value with Murton Hall.
