Description

Cobb Hall is a shop built in the early 19th century, with a later 19th-century bay window and renovations completed in 1983. The building is constructed of brick and is colourwashed, featuring a pantile roof. It has a square plan and stands three storeys high with a single bay. The shop front includes tapered columns on plinths that flank a plain shop window and a part-glazed door to the right. Above, there is a plain frieze and a shallow hood. The first floor features a canted bay window with sash windows, while the second floor has a flush sash window beneath a stone wedge lintel. The building is topped with a dentilled brick eaves cornice and a pyramidal roof. There are doors located on the right return and at the rear.
