Description

16 Ship Street is a tall, three-storey shop building from the early 19th century, featuring a one-bay facade made of colourwashed brick and topped with a slate roof. The first and second floors each have a tripartite sash window with small-pane glazing. The ground floor has a 19th-century shop front that includes two small plate glass shop windows and a central doorway, all framed by fluted capped pilasters, a continuous fascia, and a cornice. The rear elevation is cement rendered and resembles the facade facing the street.
