11 Ship Street is a building that features shops with accommodation above. The front facing Ship Street is stuccoed and consists of three storeys with four bays. It has a slate roof and a slim rectangular chimney stack on the right side. On the second floor, there are 9-pane horned sash windows, while the first floor has 12-pane sash windows. On the ground floor, to the right, there is a shop front with a recessed central doorway that has a double-leaf half-glazed door and overlights. The shop front also includes canted display windows with colonettes and a fascia board above. To the left, there is another shop window with a modern door to the right. The rear wings of the building show signs of earlier construction but have been altered on the outside.
