The building has painted brick quoins and three windows with rusticated lintels that include keystones and no glazing bars. The ground floor has two canted bays topped with a dentil cornice. The entrance features a doorway with attached Tuscan columns, an entablature, and a dentil cornice, along with panelled reveals and soffit. The main door consists of six carved panels and is topped by a rectangular fanlight, with access provided by three steps.
