This early 19th century building on Newport Street is a two-storey brick structure with a pantile roof. It has three windows on the first floor, featuring sliding sash windows with glazing bars. The ground floor has two similar windows and two hung sashes, also with glazing bars. A modern, half-glazed door is centrally located, set within a segmental head. Numbers 90, 94, and 96 Newport Street form a group.
