Description

The properties at 23 and 25 Waterside Road date from the early 19th century. They are two-storey buildings constructed of red brick, featuring a pantile roof with stone coped gable ends, brick kneelers, and a decorative band between the floors. The windows are sash windows with arches, grooved keyblocks, and painted voussoirs. The front elevation has three windows, with two on the ground floor and a doorway with plain pilasters and an entablature. To the left, a single-storey section contains one window with a similar keyblock. To the right, a two-storey section is set back, featuring two windows with fluted keyblocks above a one-storey projection with a doorway mirroring the lintel and keyblock design.
