Description

The Black Swan is a public house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of whitewashed brick in Flemish bond and features a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with the central bay slightly projecting forward. The entrance is marked by a 20th-century glazed door with an overlight above it. The windows are 4-pane sashes, and all openings are set beneath segmental arches. The building has a dentilled eaves course, gable coping, brick kneelers, and end stacks.
