The structure has two tall storeys and consists of one bay. On the ground floor, there is a round-arched board door to the right and a slatted window opening with an elliptical arch to the left. The first floor has an unglazed elliptical-arched opening. An eaves band runs along the top, and the gable end ties display the initials 'IB'. Inside, nesting boxes remain intact on the first floor.
