Description

This building is a row of four cottages located at 3-11 Pavement in Pocklington, likely dating from the 17th century. The cottages are timber-framed, rendered, and feature a pantiled roof. They are two storeys high, comprising four bays with an outshot, and have later additions at the rear. On the ground floor, there is one 20th-century shopfront in one of the bays. The first floor has tripartite windows with glazing bars in the first two bays, a sliding sash window with glazing bars in the third bay, and two 20th-century windows in the fourth bay. An axial stack is present.
