Description

Waterloo Buildings is a house built in 1828. It is constructed of brown brick in Flemish bond and has a pantiled roof. The building features a central direct entry plan and stands two storeys tall with basements, comprising three bays in total. The elevation is symmetrical, highlighted by a Roman Doric porch. The entrance has a 20th-century door flanked by 16-pane sash windows, which have sills under wedge lintels with channelled voussoirs and projecting fluted keyblocks. The first floor has identical windows. To the left of the entrance is a datestone that reads: "WATERLOO BUILDINGS 1828." The building has an end stack and a hipped roof.
