3/69 The Wold Cottage -

House. Late C18. Brick with stone dressings, graduated slate roof. Square plan with additions to left and to rear. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Chamfered plinth, rusticated quoins. Ground floor has 4-pane sashes with stone sills; first floor has sashes with glazing bars with stone sills. Dentilled brick eaves cornice, end stacks, hipped roofs. Main door to right elevation: C19 panelled door and fanlight with intersecting glazing bars in projecting stone surround with impost blocks, hood-mould, and stepped cornice. Interior not inspected.
