Description
Home Farm Cottage is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a slate roof. The building has two storeys and a basement, set on a plinth with a moulded string course that is raised in the centre to form a semi-circular arch. The roof has a moulded eaves cornice and includes stacks on both the left and right sides.
The windows are arranged regularly, with two glazing bar sashes on the first floor, a small semi-circular headed wooden casement in the centre, and two tripartite glazing bar sashes on the ground floor. The central entrance features a boarded door with a semi-circular fanlight above it, and there is a basement opening to the left.
