Description
Little Lords is a house dating from the later 18th century. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof. The building stands three storeys high with a basement, set on a plinth, and features brick corbelled eaves beneath a hipped roof, with chimney stacks on both the left and right sides. The windows are arranged regularly, with two tripartite glazing bar sashes on each floor, half-sized on the second floor. There is a keyed circular window on the second floor and a basket-arched glazing bar sash in the centre of the first floor. The basement has an opening to the right. The central entrance door consists of six raised and fielded panels, with the top two being glazed. This door is set in a panelled doorway that has a pediment supported by pilasters and a frieze. It is accessed by three moulded steps with simple swept iron handrails. There is also a door with six panels on the left end, which features a semi-circular fanlight in a gauged surround, with two steps leading up to it.
