Description

No. 13 is an 18th-century house located on the west side of Church Street in Wye. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and a basement, with the roof hipped to the left and a stack positioned at the centre rear. On each floor, there is one segmentally headed glazing bar sash window, and the basement features a basket arched opening. The front door consists of six raised and fielded panels, positioned to the right, and is topped with a traceried rectangular fanlight. A flat hood supported by brackets with iron ties extends over the door.
