Description

Swan House is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of painted brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building stands three storeys high on a plinth and has a hipped roof with a parapet and stacks located at the rear. To the left and right, there are three-storey canted bays that contain glazing bar sashes. The second floor has a bullseye window, while the first floor features a pedimented glazing bar sash above the central door. The central door is made of raised and fielded panels and is adorned with a traceried fanlight set within a recessed panelled surround, flanked by pedimented fluted Ionic pilasters.
