Description

The Yews is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. Inside, there is a central stair hall. The front features a 20th-century door set in a gabled lattice porch, with 19th-century tripartite sash windows on the ground floor and casement windows on the first floor. Both types of windows have 18th-century stone lintels with stepped keystones. There is a stone plat band and gable stacks. At the time of inspection, the shutters had been removed for decoration.
