Description

Ivy Cottage is a house from the 18th century that was altered in the 19th century. It is constructed from a mix of flint and brick, featuring a brick facade and a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and was likely originally two cottages, each with two bays. It now has three bays, with an 18th-century eight-panelled door and fanlight, along with a slight canopy above the entrance. There is a plat band, and the windows are four-pane sashes, although the first floor has been replaced with 12-pane sashes. The house has gable stacks. There is an early 20th-century brick extension at the rear and a single-storey extension on the right gable.
