Description

West View is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century or early 19th century, constructed of tarred brick and rising three storeys with a boarded door leading to the roof. The building features a symmetrical facade with a 20th-century glazed door and overlight, flanked by four-pane sash windows with sills. The first floor has three similar sash windows. All openings are set under flat gauged brick arches with keyblocks. The house has a stepped brick eaves cornice and shaped kneelers at the raised coped gables, with end stacks. The right gable elevation has four blank openings, each with sills and also under flat gauged brick arches with keyblocks.
