Description

Guildford House is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of brick and rendered, topped with a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and features a symmetrical elevation with three bays. The entrance door consists of six raised and fielded panels, accompanied by an overlight with glazing bars, all set within a pilastered doorcase that has brackets supporting a projecting hood. On either side of the door, there are canted bays containing four-pane sash windows. The first floor is adorned with three unequal 9-pane sashes, each with sills. The house has stacks at both ends.
