Description

Elm Tree Farm is a house dating from the early to mid-18th century, with later extensions to the rear. It is constructed of brick in an English garden wall bond, with rusticated quoins to the rear wall, and has a slate roof. The house is two storeys high and has three bays. The layout follows a central lobby-entry plan. The ground floor features a 20th-century porch with a 20th-century glazed door flanked by narrow windows. To the right is a pair of sashes with glazing bars, and to the left, two sashes with glazing bars. The first floor has two sashes with glazing bars. There is a stepped brick eaves cornice, end and axial stacks, and a hipped roof.
