House, now convent and possibly built as 2 dwellings. c1840. Ashlar faced, rusticated to ground floor with Welsh slate roof. Plain neo-classical style, 2 storeys, 6-bay elevation to north with 2 doorways, one in plain architrave with blind fielded stone panel over, and balustraded panel below upper window, the other possibly inserted, with late C20 timber pedimented porch. Windows throughout renewed in original openings, those to the first floor recessed between shallow pilasters and with small sunken panels over. Principal elevation faces west, with pedimented centre and bay windows in outer gables.
