Yacht club, built as pair of houses. c1840. Brick with stone dressings and Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 6-window range with advanced outer gables and side entrances. 12-pane sash windows throughout in stone architraves with hood moulds, with tripartite windows in each gable. Gables have stepped stone copings and moulded kneelers. Plain eaves cornice. Axial stacks with diagonal shafts. Reputed to house the earliest yacht club foundation in Britain.
