House, formerly one of a pair. c1836. Coursed and squared rubble with Welsh slate roof. Simple Tudor style, 2 storeys with attic, 2-window range double-pile plan with narrow recessed entrance bay to right. 6-panelled door in shouldered architrave with single narrow window over. Main range has advanced gable to right with canted bay window to ground floor with 4-pane sash windows, and tripartite window above with relieving arch over. 8-pane sash window beneath apex of coped gable. 12-pane sashes in recessed left-hand unit with coped gabled dormer over upper window. Polygonal gate-piers to street with domed caps. The house forms part of the original development of Rock Park, laid out in 1836 by J.Bennison.
