3 houses. 1896-8. By William Owen. Brick with plaster 1st floor, tile-hung gables with fishscale bands and hipped tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays; 1st floor of 1st bay jettied on bracket and post under asymmetrical gable; 2nd bay gabled. Cornice to ground floor. Windows have 4-light leaded casements, 2nd and 3rd bay ground floor window have gauged- brick cambered arches, 3rd bay of 1st floor has flat-topped dormer. Elliptical-headed entrances have plank doors, that to 1st bay straight-headed. 2 cross-axial stacks and left return lateral stack. Entrance to right return. Rainwater heads dated 1896. Rear similar.
