Description
These are three houses located at 256-260 New Chester Road, built in 1898 by William Owen. The houses are constructed of brick with a plaster first floor and feature a hipped tile roof. They are two storeys high with three gabled bays. The ground floor has a cornice, while the first floor showcases diapering and tile canopies. The windows consist of 4-light leaded casements, with the ground floor windows featuring gauged-brick cambered arches. The entrances are elliptical-headed and have plank doors. There are two cross-axial and return lateral stacks, and the rear of the houses is similar in design.
