Pair of houses. 1898. By T. T. Rees. Brick with some timber framing, tile roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays, 1st bay projects under diapered gable. Corbelling over ground floor. Windows have leaded casements with transoms. Ground floor has 4- light window to 1st bay and 5-light canted bay window to 2nd bay. Single light to right. 1st floor has 4-light window to 1st bay, paired 2-light casements to 2nd bay. Left return has gabled timber-framed 2-storey porch; round arches to porch and plank door with strap hinges, right return has similar entrance. Lateral stack to right return of 1st bay and gable-end. Stacks. Rear similar, with paired asymmetrical gables and privies.
