GV II House. Dated 1825 on rainwater head. Brick with stone dressings, slate roof. Two storeys with basement, three bays. Basement lintel band; first floor sill band; top frieze, cornice and blocking course. Windows have wedge lintels and are sashed with vertical glazing bars. Central round-headed entrance has Ionic doorcase columns missing (1984), complete fanlight and eight-panel door; C20 glazed canopy. Plain iron railings to area and steps.
